Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, please choose carefully before you buy as we are unable to accept returned products which are not to your taste or do not meet your personal expectations. Topline Trading we will only replace items which are found to be faulty.

You may return a product that has a manufacturing defect for replacement or credit. Please read through the following steps if you wish to return goods to us.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. Item/s must be in its original packaging.

You should email or ring us to notify us of your intention to return the goods and the fault with the product.

Include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect, the invoice number for your order and whom you contacted relating to the items return. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement or credit.
